Iron Of Business

We are an iron ore mining and processing company based in Hebei Province. We currently own and operate four iron ore mines, namely, Gufen Mine, Wang’ergou Mine, Shuanmazhuang Mine and Zhijiazhuang Mine, all of which are located in Laiyuan County, Hebei Province.

Our products include iron ore concentrates processed at Gufen Mine, Wang’ergou Mine and Shuanmazhuang Mine and preliminary concentrates and iron ores processed at and recovered from Zhijiazhuang Mine.

Our products included 66% TFe iron ore concentrates processed at Gufen Mine, Wang’ergou Mine and Shuanmazhuang Mine, and 63.5% TFe iron ore concentrates processed at Zhijiazhuang Mine.

Our operations involve recovering iron ores and weakly mineralized wall rocks through open-pit mining and processing them into preliminary concentrates through dry processing, which could be further processed into iron ore concentrates through wet processing. Dry processing is adopted to remove impurities through crushing and dry magnetic separations. Wet processing allows us to further grind the preliminary concentrates and remove impurities through milling and magnetic separations where water is applied during the entire process.

We believe that our iron ores have commercially attractive attributes, with a low content of impurities such as sulphur, phosphorus, silicon and titanium. In addition, iron ores recovered from Zhijiazhuang Mine are able to be processed into alkaline concentrates with a high content of MgO, which can function as a blending material to adjust the pH value of the component materials used in iron making so that no or minimal flux would be needed in the process, which prevents the grade decrease of the component materials. We believe that these attributes appeal to steel mills and can generally command a pricing premium. Our mines are strategically located with convenient road and rail connectivity to major iron ore demand regions in Hebei Province and Shanxi Province, which not only saves the transportation time, enhances our connection with our clients, but also is cost-effective for the group.

Green Construction Materials Business

Sand and gravel materials used for construction are key raw materials for constructing skeletons of cement concrete and asphalt concrete, and also are indispensable, irreplaceable and most consumable building materials for infrastructure construction. With the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the construction of Xiong’an New Area, the demand for sand and gravel for construction is bound to keep growing. In recent years, as natural resources gradually decline, General Secretary Xi has repeatedly stressed that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, with a view to advocate energy conservation and emission reduction, promote ecological and environmental protection and develop green concepts. As the river sand which used to be used as sand and gravel for construction has been banned by the government, the machine-processed sand and gravel is facing new development opportunities.

The Company strictly complied with green environmental protection policies. With adhering to ecological priority and practicing the concept of green development. through the investment of Jiheng Mining in the construction of solid waste comprehensive utilization project, the Group used the tailings and solid wastes to process sand and gravel for construction, which can not only promote energy conservation and emission reduction and effectively carry out governance and recovery of regional ecological environment, but also realize sustainable development of mine resources, thus reducing the operating costs of the Company’s iron ore business and achieving economic benefits. To carry out green construction materials business through solid waste utilization will be a favorable development direction for the Company to build green, environment friendly and civilized eco-economic system. 

Jiheng mining solid waste comprehensive utilization project adopts the most advanced technology and equipment construction at home and abroad. The main equipment mainly includes coarse jaw crusher, medium crushing cone crusher, fine crushing cone crusher, vertical shaft shaping crusher, screening machine and integrated sand making building. The front-end coarse and medium crushing equipment are imported Metso mining equipment, fine crushing cone crusher and integrated sand making building are produced by Shanghai Shibang Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and vertical shaft shaping crusher and screening machine are produced by Nanchang coal mine Machine production. The production line is equipped with multiple crushing, screening and shaping processes, which can control the product particle size more accurately and obtain better particle shape. In a word, the production line is designed and constructed to meet the technical requirements for the production of high-performance concrete aggregate. The product quality and specifications can meet the needs of users, and can be adjusted and controlled according to the needs of customers. The production line is equipped with command and dispatching control center, which adopts fully automatic production, and the product quality is stable and reliable.
